Trends in blood pressure changes and hypertension prevalence in Australian adults before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Data from public Australian health stations indicated a strong trend toward higher BP during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the population level, BP increments have been shown to markedly increase cardiovascular disease risk. Anti-pandemic measures need to be carefully evaluated in terms of secondary public health effects and health support systems extended to effectively target cardiovascular risk

This pilot study revealed the inappropriately addressed levels of cardiovascular risk in the rural community, and the recipients' acceptance to this health screening method was favourable. ‘Heart Screen’ should be validated in further larger studies.

A significant longitudinal study of more than 180,000 SiSU Health Station checks across Australia which demonstrates a net positive impact on the health status of repeat users (n 8,441) over time.

A sample of 26,620 women aged 18+ was examined using data from a cross-sectional health questionnaire from SiSU Health. The questionnaire included self-reported health, mood, lifestyle and vascular risk factors.
